At Rivian, I joined during stealth and stayed through the company’s most transformative years—launching the world’s first electric truck and SUV into the wild. My focus was on storytelling and experience: leading content and engagement strategies that helped make a complex, future-forward product feel personal, exciting, and deeply human.

I helped to craft narratives across digital channels, brought customer education to life, and helped create moments—online and in real life—that sparked joy and built a fiercely engaged community. From voice-of-customer programs to high-touch events, I was part of a team redefining what it means to belong to a brand built for adventure, purpose, and electric possibility.

Role

Managed and scaled the first customer gifting program.


Branded Facility Design

Role

Transformed the office into a space that reflects the brand’s identity and values. Led the design, sourcing and execution of the branded workspace environment. Delivered a cohesive and high-impact space on a tight budget and accelerated timeline. Initiated brand partnerships through displays which later expanded into retail spaces + accessory products in gear shop.
